Artist Statement
I have been producing fine handcrafted Jewelry since 1976. I received a
Fine Arts Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1976.
Since then I am mostly self-taught.
I do every aspect of the production of my work. The work is all hand
fabricated of 14k Gold and Sterling silver wire and sheet metal that is cut,
bent, rolled, forged and hard soldered. The two metals are often
combined. Agates, Jaspers, Faceted, Cabochon and unusually cut
precious and semi-precious stones are incorporated in many pieces.
I show my work at up to 25 art shows a year. I attend all these shows
personally, usually assisted by my wife, Billie.
